Your Live Set is currently an early public preview. These placeholder terms are not a substitute for a complete legal agreement.

The current website is provided for brand preview, waitlist interest, and early Creator onboarding exploration. It does not yet provide paid services, Live Releases, Rooms, Support payments, or production community features.

Creators remain responsible for the rights and permissions connected to their Sets, SoundCloud content, names, images, and promotional materials.

A full terms document should be reviewed before public pilots that include accounts, SoundCloud Set submission, Member chat, Support intent, Release Insights, monetization, or partner-facing proof.
